phcash8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phcash8 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gaming purposes.
Deposits are credited to your phcash8 account upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. phcash8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which phcash8 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. phcash8 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. phcash8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
phcash8 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. phcash8 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and to freeze accounts pending investigation where required by law.
phcash8 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated. All games available on the phcash8 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems sourced from licensed and audited game providers. phcash8 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the respective game provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phcash8 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, phcash8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phcash8's decision in such matters is final.
Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies. Violation of this provision will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcash8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phcash8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phcash8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcash8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phcash8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phcash8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phcash8's internal process within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phcash8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
